It's the same as the first time you picked up charcoal or conte. <BR/><BR/>What kind of lines are you going for? Flash is good for those solid lines you see in the majority of my pages, but while you can get variation in the width there's no convenient way to control the hardness.<BR/><BR/>If you're going for that rough, sketchy more natural look like the Professor sketch above, that was made in Photoshop. With the myriad of options built into the brush tool, anything's really possible with enough tweaking.<BR/><BR/>But if you really like the stuff you make on paper, scan it in (or grab a digital photo) and use Photoshop to color.<BR/><BR/>Now if you want to work from a scan in Flash and be able to color under your linework, that's a little trickier. You could try modify->bitmap->trace bitmap and see what you get. I got the Wacom drawing tablet like you said, AND am drawing in Flash, but I feel like I'm learning to draw all over again on that thing. The line quality is excellent, but the limitations of the program seem to negate my many years of drawing experience, rather than supplement them.
