Page 82 - End of Chapter 3

He really does hate them.

Pseudo-hiatus time! Chapter 4 will pick up in about a month. In the meantime, I have a few projects I hope to knockout listed in priority order:

1) The White Hearts Handbook (working title) - this should answer some of the more technical questions ya'll have been asking.

2) Rejigger the characters page and add several profiles

3) Make a t-shirt of two, maybe a poster

4) Rework some of those less than stellar pages from a few months ago (this kid's the darkhorse! if it's easy, I'll hit all of 'em, but it's not a priority)

*) Play the shoot out of Super Smash Brothers Brawl (this guy could be a real trouble-maker)

So check back every now and then, there will be news updates. And feel free to give us a vote, just for the heck of it.

Also, Death Note rules.

My friend got a Japanese copy of brawl and says it's phenomenal.

He says it's a bit "bouncier" than melee, and they got rid of the ability to wave dash and L cancel, but aside from that he says it's an overall improvement.

So, baring this in mind, we totally have to play some time. :O

Oh yeah, and I can't wait for the shirts!

On Smash Brothers - I WELCOME ALL CHALLENGERS!!!

I've been following the game a little too closely. My only real complaint so far is the exclusion of Mewtwo. Admittedly not a great combatant, but he was fun to play and had telekinesis, which we all know is the coolest super-power. And another Starfox clone? Weak.

On Death Note - I've seen the anime that has aired so far on Adult Swim. I read the first chapter of the manga once upon a time. In both instances I was surprised by how much I like it. Anime without action??? Who knew it wouldn't totally blow?

On T-shirts - Until I know the level of demand I'll probably work through Cafepress. Not sure what their international sales rules are, Ronin, but you may be in good shape.

On Posting Comments - I posted one last night and the internet ate it. Pretty fucking frustrating. I apologize if this has happened to any of y'all at some point. Feel free to let me know if it happens so I can gauge whether this is a common occurrence or a freak accident.

On Death Note: It kinda does blow after reading 100 chapters of it. I mean, how can you find a story interesting when the main characters happen to be brilliant at everything? I really liked it until someone pointed that out to me. Really ruined it. I hope me stating this didn't ruin it for you guys either. Well, I sorta do.

The over-the-top perfectness of the main characters is one of my favorite aspect of the show right now. But that was my initial concern with the series - How could it not get old if the series carried on indefinitely? I found out that the series has concluded in Japan, so that gives me some hope...I guess I'll find out.
