Just checkin' in. I've been working on a lot of behind the scenes site crap. You might not notice anything but don't be alarmed if stuff goes screwy kablooey.
FLCL is on Adult Swim again. It just might be my favorite anime of all time.
Almost immediately after I declared that Death Note "rules" it pissed in my eye with two clunker episodes. Next week's episode doesn't look much better.
I saw 28 Days Later this past weekend. Very cool.

well, FLCL was awesome, but at only 6 episodes, it was waaaay too short. and death note gets good again, i promise. the final bits are so full of drama and suspense and plot that... well-Spoiler alert

and finally, nyeeer! i wish to see an update soon, as the comic is to awesome for me to wait forever.
FLCL is awesome, agreed.
As far as Death Note, the manga was over nine thousand times better. :)
For me, the short length of FLCL is part of its appeal. I don't think that kind of story would play very well over too many more episodes.
I haven't given up on Death Note yet. My enthusiasm has just dwindled somewhat.
I have faith that death note will be rad again soon... stick with it!
As someone who's seen all of the Death Note subs, I have to say that the end of the series is indeed epic...just be patient and wait for it.
