Big O is on Adult Swim again...it's an alright show... I guess. It would be nice to see two giant robots fight without having to sit through 25 minutes of boring shit, but hey, at least Big O usually pays off in the end. (I'm looking at you, Evangelion).

At the end of each chapter, I drew two pages about "The Wacky Adventures of Sergeant Bob". That's what you're seeing now. These little diversions from the main storyline were meant to give an idea of what was going on world-wise, separate from the primary playas. Or maybe I just made up a bunch of characters and wanted to crowbar them in.

There was dialogue, but it was hard to read in most cases because I never got around to drawing the speech balloons and I never will. dialogue layer off. Just use that beautiful imagination of yours, Muppet Baby Style.

I was sitting on my deck today when a bird flew about 5 inches over my head and crashed into the backdoor. It sort of wedged itself between the glass door and the screen. It didn't try to move, it just sat there... So I got a spoon and pushed it out from between the doors and it still just sat there. So I broke up some bread (stale!) and threw it at the little weirdo. My offering was ignored. I wisely decided to hide in my house until the bird went away. The bird was about 1/100th my size, but it had a scary little beak.

Ghost in the Shizzell

I liked the first season. It was slow at times, but overall the episodes were pretty cool, especially near the end.

The 2nd GIG has an entire episode devoted to the tachcomas (blue tank spider things, however that's spelt) discussing the nature of life...IT'S HIT OR MISS, LADIES AND GERMS!
